About

Salpi received her primary and secondary education at top Arabic schools in the Middle East. This was followed by seven years in the USA where she gained a four year American university degree and worked with multinational companies. Moving back to the Middle East, Salpi worked for a further five years in the diplomatic service mainly, before moving to live and work in the UK where she has remained since 2002.

Salpi’s background, education, and work experience has given her an unrivalled professional native proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic (multiple dialects). It has also given her the necessary social and cultural understanding and detailed local knowledge to provide the highest quality translating and interpreting services from English to Arabic and Arabic to English for clients in the UK, USA, Middle East and Gulf regions.

Salpi’s considerable professional experience includes substantial time translating and interpreting for government ministers, diplomats, and high level company executives. She has translated and interpreted both languages for a huge range of subjects and at all levels of technical complexity.

Salpi also has significant experience settling in diplomats and other expats and their families relocating to the Middle East. She has been involved in all aspects of relocation including orientation, procurement of goods and services, and advice on social norms and cultural sensitivities in the host country.
